Easy Ways To Cook Squash

 
Loaded with vitamins A, B6, and C, folate, magnesium, fiber, riboflavin, phosphorus, and potassium. Along with being rich in manganese. It's a serious nutritional power-packed veggie.
 
Here's delicious ways to cook button squash:
 
⭐️ BBQ - skewers with tomatoes and mushrooms.
⭐️ BOIL/ STEAM for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Top with garlic butter and finely chopped fresh chives to serve.
⭐️ STIR-FRY in olive oil with onion, salt and pepper, then toss in butter to serve - so good!
⭐️ SIMPLY ROAST or AIR FRY with olive oil, salt and pepper.
 
TRY Topping with:
 
- Flaked Parmesan Cheese,
- Feta or Goat Cheese,
- BBQ Seasoning,
- Bacon or Pancetta,
- Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt.
