Roasted Green Beans with Parmesan

 
This is Super Simple, Tasty way to Cook Your Beans, and a Must Try!
 
1. Crank oven to 220.
2. Coat beans in: olive oil, then a bit of parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minute - flip over half way.
Then Enjoy!
 
You can also roast with fresh garlic, lemon, pine nuts!! Yum!
 
Fresh green beans are abundant on the farm right now, they're rich in vitamin C, help fight inflammation and are a good source of folate and potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure.
