Order Cycle  

From 22/9/25, our weekly order cut-off will
move from Mondays Midnight to Monday at 12 noon. Closing orders at midday gives us more time to review orders, check quantities, communicate with local growers and suppliers, resolve any stock issues and finalise supplier orders. This allows us time to liaise with our customers better.

What does the earlier cut-off mean for subscriptions? For
most subscribers, you won’t need to do anything. You don’t need to cancel or
recreate your subscription. If your automatic subscription payment is
currently scheduled to process after 12 noon on Monday, we’ll bring the
processing time forward so your subscription is within the cut-off and your
delivery schedule stays the same.

You can also continue to manage your own subscription by
logging into your Sohip account to make changes.

Delivery structure

Delivery fees themselves aren’t new to Sohip. We charge them
now. We are streamlining how the structure works.

We have done our best to absorb much of the cost involved in
getting your orders to you each week, however, operating costs continue to
rise. Our delivery structure needs to be updated. We will continue keeping our
produce pricing competitive, while also being transparent about the cost of
getting your order to you.

From 22/9/2026 our updated structure will be

• Minimum order: $50
• Home delivery: $10 (All subscriptions and custom
  orders)
• Hub delivery: $5  
• Spend $120 or more and delivery is FREE

Topping up your subscription

We know our subscribers like to add milk, eggs, extra fruit
and veg to their regular box each week, and you will continue having that
flexibility.

If your top-up order is $50 or more, you can place
your order through the website as usual and continue to use your free delivery
code.

For top-ups under $50, you’ll simply use the
Subscription Top-Up Form on our website. Complete the form with the items you’d
like, we’ll add them to your order and then send you an invoice. There is no
additional delivery charge — they simply travel with your subscription box. Pay
your invoice before 12 noon on Mondays to secure your items.
