🥬 2 - In Water in the Refrigerator: if you don't have a windowsill handy, this is the next best option, but pop them into a tall air-tight container with a little water in bottom.
🥬 3 - Wrapped in Damp Paper Towel: if the windowsill or tall container isn't available to you, simple wrap them in a damp paper towel or clean damp cloth, then pop in the fridge, this will keep them fresher for much longer.
