Immunity Mix contains:
- Micro Broccoli - packed with sulforaphane, a compound known for its anti-cancer properties. They also contain high levels of vitamin A, C and K, folate and fibre.
- Sunflower - excellent source of vitamins A, B and Eand minerals like calcium, iron and potassium. Also contain antioxidants such as phenolic acids, which have been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
- Rainbow Radish - are an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K. They also contain calcium, iron and potassium. Radish Microgreens are a goid source of antioxidants such as anthocyanins and quercetin. These compounds can help protect the body against damage from free radicals and have anti-cancer properties.
- Red Amaranth - rich in vitamins K, Vitamins C and iron which are crucial for blood clotting, immune function and Red Blood cell production. They contain protein, essential for tissue repair. Health benefits include enhanced immune function, improved bone health and better digestion due to fibre content.
