Locally Sourced (Temagog Organic Farm)

Our limes are grown by a local farmer who follows organic growing practices, without the use of sprays. While they aren't certified organic, every lime is produced with the same care and respect for the land that we value at Sohip.

Packed with vibrant citrus flavour, limes are a versatile kitchen essential. Their fragrant juice and aromatic zest bring life to marinades, curries, seafood, salads, desserts and refreshing drinks.

Throughout the year you may receive different lime varieties depending on the season. The most common include Tahitian limes, known for their juicy flesh and mild acidity, and West Indian (Key) limes, which are smaller and deliver a more intense citrus flavour.

Because they're grown naturally and harvested with the seasons, size, colour and appearance may vary—but every lime is selected for its exceptional flavour and quality.
