Our whole Sugarloaf Cabbage comes fresh from Homegrown Organics in Rollands Plains, grown locally and completely chemical-free.

Named for its distinctive pointed shape, Sugarloaf Cabbage has tender, crisp leaves and a milder, sweeter flavour than many traditional cabbage varieties. It’s delicious finely shredded into fresh salads and slaws, added to stir-fries, sautéed as a simple side or used in soups and other cooked dishes.

Freshly harvested and grown close to home, it’s a versatile local vegetable that’s just as delicious raw as it is cooked.
