We will do our best to accommodate up to 3 produce substitutions, subject to availability.
Simply leave an order note at checkout or email admin@sohiporganics.com.au before Monday 12 noon in the week of your delivery.
Subscription Flexibility – Pausing, Skipping & Cancelling
We understand that plans change, and we want to make your subscription as flexible and convenient as possible.
As we plan and order fresh produce from our growers up to a week in advance, we kindly appreciate 7 days' notice when pausing, skipping or cancelling your subscription.
Cancellations requested within 48 hours before our Monday 12 noon order cut-off may incur a cancellation fee.
